"In my previous purchase of a Suzuki Burgman 650, I found my overall pre-purchase, purchase and post purchase, including Service experiences to be positive. Of course, with any purchase the buyer should go in prepared and the dealership deserves to make a profit to be able to provide the quality service (sales, parts and service) that Long Beach Motorsports Customers have come to know and expect. The Sales Professionals are Friendly and Knowldgeable, They stand ready to assist the customer in making the right selection and then work with the customer to make sure that the customer gets a fair deal. In terms of the Service and PDI area, they are Exceptional in what they do. I have absolute confidence in this Highly Trained group of people and I know that once service has been completed I have a renewed sense of confidence in my machine. With regard to parts, overall the experience has been good. If they do not have a part on-hand they can usually get it. I only had one request where I was informed that they cold not order the part - this was for ONE Unit of touch up paint and I was advised that they could not order it as to do so would require that they order several units at a time and they did not have a large enough demand for the item to warrant the order. I was disappointed at this response, but I understood and I was able to obtain a substitute through another source. Again, my overall impression of Long Beach Motorsports is highly favorable. I would gladly provide a recommendation for this dealership. I currently own another Suzuki bike and I intend on taking it to LBMS for its' service needs. "
